Classic Greek Salad (Horiatiki)

Instructions
Prepare vegetables
Cut the tomatoes into wedges, peel and slice the cucumbers, thinly slice the red onion, and slice the green bell pepper into rings.
Assemble the salad
In a large bowl, combine the prepared vegetables with Kalamata olives and capers. Place a thick slice or crumble of feta cheese on top. Sprinkle with dry oregano and sea salt, then drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil.
Serve
Serve immediately with crusty bread to soak up the delicious juices. Pairs perfectly with chilled white wine.
