Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Instructions
Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with butter or line with parchment paper.
Grate Zucchini
Wash and grate the zucchini using the large holes of a grater. Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Mix Wet Ingredients
In a separate bowl, beat eggs, then add oil, milk, vanilla extract, and grated zucchini. Stir to combine.
Combine Wet and Dry
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
Bake
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool
Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
