Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Slice chicken breast into thin strips. Mince garlic cloves. Grate parmesan cheese.
Cook pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
Sear chicken
Heat olive oil and butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-6 minutes.
Make creamy sauce
Add minced garlic to the same pan and cook for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer. Add grated parmesan and stir until melted and sauce thickens.
Combine pasta and sauce
Drain the cooked pasta and add it directly to the sauce. Toss everything together until well coated. Serve immediately with extra parmesan if desired.
