Fast Pasta with Ground Meat and Vegetables

Instructions
Add ingredients to pan
Add ground meat, tomato, eggplant, onion, and garlic to a pan. Drizzle with olive oil and cover.
Cook vegetables and meat
Cook covered for 5 minutes until vegetables soften.
Remove skins and mix
Remove skins from vegetables and mix everything well.
Add sauces and cheese
Add tomato sauce, cream, grated cheese, paprika, dried garlic, oregano, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Add pasta and water
Add pasta and 200 ml water. Cover and cook on low heat for 13–15 minutes.
