Prepare the rice

Cook basmati rice until fluffy and set aside.

Fry the paneer

Heat oil in a wok and fry paneer cubes until golden on all sides.

Sauté aromatics

Add minced garlic, ginger, and chopped chilies to the same wok and sauté until fragrant.
