Zucchini Rolls with Smoked Trout

Instructions
Prepare zucchini
Grate the zucchini, salt it and let it rest for 5 minutes to release excess moisture.
Squeeze zucchini
Squeeze out the excess liquid from the grated zucchini thoroughly.
Mix the batter
Add the egg, garlic powder and flour to the zucchini and mix until smooth.
Bake the base
Spread the zucchini mixture evenly on parchment paper in a thin layer and bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
Cool and prepare base
Let the baked base cool, then flip it over and remove the parchment paper.
Assemble the rolls
Spread cream cheese over the cooled zucchini base and arrange thin slices of smoked trout on top.
Roll and slice
Roll the base tightly into a log and slice into individual rolls.
