Instructions
Prepare chicken tenders
Cut chicken breast into strips and tenderize lightly.
Make spicy Korean marinade
Combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
Marinate chicken
Coat chicken strips in marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
Set up breading station
Prepare three bowls: flour+cornstarch mix, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
Bread the chicken tenders
Coat each marinated chicken strip in flour mixture, then egg, then panko.
Fry chicken tenders
Fry breaded chicken in hot oil until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Cook ramen noodles
Cook ramen noodles in chicken broth according to package directions.
Serve
Serve crispy chicken tenders over ramen noodles, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
