Ingredients
Base
Digestive biscuits (crushed)
300 g
Butter (melted)
150 g
Cocoa powder

Filling
Condensed milk
200 g
Milk powder
100 g
Icing sugar

Butter (softened)
100 g
Vanilla extract

Topping
Milk chocolate (melted)

Instructions
Prepare base
Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs. Melt the butter and mix with the biscuit crumbs and cocoa powder until evenly combined.
Press base into tin
Line a square baking tin with parchment paper. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the base. Place in the fridge to set while preparing the filling.
Make the filling
In a bowl, beat the softened butter, icing sugar, milk powder, condensed milk and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Add filling layer
Spread the filling evenly over the chilled base. Return to the fridge for 10 minutes to firm up.
Add chocolate topping
Melt the milk chocolate and pour over the filling. Spread evenly and chill until set.
