Assembly
ciabatta bread

Instructions
Roast garlic for spread
Prepare garlic pods for roasting by cutting tops and seasoning.
Bake garlic
Wrap seasoned garlic in foil and bake until soft and caramelized.
Make garlic spread
Squeeze roasted garlic and mix with butter and seasonings.
Marinate chicken
Cut chicken into cubes and coat with spices.
Fry chicken
Fry chicken pieces until light golden. Remove and set aside.
Cook sauce base
Sauté onion, tomato, cashews and spices until soft.
Blend sauce
Cool mixture then blend into smooth paste. Stir in cream and parsley.
Prepare bread
Slice ciabatta lengthwise and spread garlic butter evenly.
Assemble bread
Layer chicken, mozzarella and sauce on the bread.
Bake garlic bread
Bake until cheese melts then broil briefly.
