BBQ Chicken & Bacon Ranch Folded Wrap

chicken breast

streaky bacon
4 rashers
reduced fat cheddar (grated)

large soft tortilla wraps

Seasoning & Sauce
bbq seasoning
1 tsp
smoked paprika
1 tsp
salt
1 pinch
black pepper
1 pinch
bbq sauce
40 g
ranch dressing
15 g
fat free Greek style yoghurt
40 g
Instructions
Season and cook the chicken
Season chicken breast and cook until done, then shred and coat with BBQ sauce.
Cook the bacon
Cook bacon until crispy, then slice in halves.
Prepare the ranch sauce
Mix ranch dressing with Greek yoghurt.
Prepare the tortilla
Lay tortilla flat and make one cut from centre to edge to create four quadrants.
Assemble the wrap
Fill sections with cheese, BBQ chicken, bacon, ranch sauce and remaining cheese.
Fold the wrap
Fold the wrap in quarters to create a sealed triangle.
Cook the folded wrap
Toast the wrap in a pan until golden and cheese has melted.
Storage
Best eaten fresh. Can be stored in fridge and reheated to restore crispiness.
