Prepare ingredients

Slice the pork tenderloin into medallions, clean and slice mushrooms, chop spring onion.

Heat butter in a pan and sear pork medallions on both sides until golden.

Remove pork, then sauté spring onion and mushrooms in the same pan until softened.
