Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork
Tender, juicy pork shoulder slow-cooked in a rich, sticky BBQ sauce until it falls apart at the touch of a fork. Perfect for wraps, rice bowls, or loaded burgers.

Instructions
Add ingredients to slow cooker
Place pork shoulder steaks, BBQ sauce, ketchup, honey, vinegar, and all spices into the slow cooker.
Cook the pork
Cook on low heat setting for 8 hours or on high for 5-6 hours until the pork is fork tender.
Shred the pork
Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. If a thicker sauce is desired, stir in the cornflour slurry and cook on high for an additional 10-15 minutes.
Serve the pulled pork
Serve the BBQ pulled pork in wraps, with rice and salad, or on burger buns with pickles.
