Prepare vegetables

Cut the tomatoes into wedges, peel and slice the cucumbers, thinly slice the red onion, and slice the green bell pepper into rings.

In a large bowl, combine the prepared vegetables with Kalamata olives and capers. Place a thick slice or crumble of feta cheese on top. Sprinkle with dry oregano and sea salt, then drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil.
