These wholesome cookie dough cups taste like a treat but are made with simple, nourishing ingredients—almond flour for healthy fats and protein, naturally sweetened with maple syrup, and topped with rich dark chocolate.

Instructions
Mix the cookie dough
Combine almond flour, vanilla extract, maple syrup, sea salt, melted coconut oil, and chocolate chips in a bowl until a soft dough forms.
Press dough into molds
Firmly press the dough into silicone muffin molds, filling each evenly to make 10-12 cookie dough cups.
Freeze the cookie dough cups
Place the molds in the freezer for 20-30 minutes until the dough is firm.
Melt chocolate for topping
Melt remaining chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon coconut oil over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth.
Add chocolate topping
Spoon the melted chocolate over the tops of the cookie dough cups while still in the molds, spreading into an even layer.
Final freeze to set chocolate
Return the molds to the freezer for about 10 minutes until the chocolate is completely set.
Remove and serve
Carefully remove the cookie dough cups from the molds and enjoy.
