Cook the pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

Prepare cheese sauce base

Grate the cheddar cheese finely. In a bowl, mix yogurt with half of the grated cheese until smooth.

Combine pasta and sauce

Drain the cooked pasta, return to the pot. Add the yogurt-cheese mixture and remaining grated cheese. Stir over low heat until cheese melts and sauce coats pasta evenly.
