Prepare ingredients

Finely mince the garlic, ginger, and the white part of the scallions. Slice the green parts of the scallions for garnish.

In a large bowl, combine ground pork with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, white pepper, minced garlic, ginger, and the white part of scallions. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Bring the chicken broth to a gentle simmer in a large pot.
