One Pot Creamy Chicken Pasta

Instructions
Season the chicken
Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil and all seasonings.
Marinate the chicken
Let the seasoned chicken rest in the refrigerator for best flavor.
Cook the chicken
Heat a large pot over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
Rest the chicken
Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest while preparing the pasta.
Cook the pasta
In the same pot, add rigatoni, heavy cream, chicken broth, butter, and seasonings. Stir, cover, and simmer until al dente, stirring occasionally. Add more broth if needed.
Add the cheese
Once the pasta is cooked, add shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
Slice and serve
Slice the rested chicken and place it on top of the creamy pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley, grated Parmesan, and red pepper flakes if desired.
