Low Calorie Pepperoni Pizza
Ingredients
Crust
self-rising flour

coconut flour

nutritional yeast
5 g
garlic powder
1 tsp
dried basil
0.5 tsp
plain non-fat Greek yogurt
150 g
egg whites

Toppings
low-fat marinara sauce

part-skim mozzarella

turkey pepperoni

Instructions
Mix dry ingredients
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl to prevent clumping.
Add wet ingredients
Add yogurt and egg whites to the dry mixture and stir until a thick paste forms.
Shape the crust
Transfer dough to parchment paper and spread into a 12-13 inch circle, keeping edges thick.
Bake the crust
Place parchment and crust on a baking sheet and bake at 230°C for 10 minutes until golden.
Add toppings
Remove crust from parchment, place back on pan, spread marinara, add cheese and pepperoni.
Bake with toppings
Return pizza to oven and bake until cheese is melted and golden.
