Cream butter and sugars

In a bowl, take soft butter and add castor and brown sugar.

Add milk and mix

Whisk the mixture until light and pale. Add milk and mix well.

Add dry ingredients

Add all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix to form cookie dough.

Prepare tin base

Take the 5-inch cake tin and cover the base using a thin layer of dough.

Stuff cookies with chocolate

Divide remaining dough into 6 equal parts. Stuff each with a large chunk of chocolate and place in the tin.

Place tin in freezer for 10 minutes while preheating oven to 165°C for 10 minutes.
