Easy Air Fryer Pizza
Ingredients
Dough
refrigerated pizza dough (room_temperature)
450 g
Toppings
pizza sauce
240 ml
shredded mozzarella cheese
200 g
pepperoni slices
340 g
Instructions
Divide the dough
Divide a 450 g package of prepared pizza dough into three equal pieces. Press each piece of dough into personal pan size rounds. Make sure each round will fit in the basket of your air fryer. Note - each air fryer varies slightly in size.
Preheat the air fryer
Preheat air fryer to 190°C. Preheat for at least 3 minutes before putting the pizza in.
Partially cook the crust
Working in batches, place one pizza dough round into a parchment paper lined air fryer basket. Brush top with olive oil and cook at 190°C for 3 minutes.
Add toppings
Spoon pizza sauce onto pizza dough, spreading evenly leaving a small border around edges. Top with cheese then pepperoni. From here, you can add whatever pizza toppings you'd like!
Cook the pizza
Cook pizza at 190°C for 6-8 minutes, until cheese is melted, golden, and crust is cooked. Use a pizza cutter or kitchen scissors to cut pizza into wedges.
Storage
Best eaten fresh. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge and reheated in the air fryer to restore crispiness.
