Supercharger Sauce
low fat mayonnaise
40 g
sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp
smoked paprika
0.5 tsp
garlic powder
0.5 tsp
onion powder
0.5 tsp
cayenne pepper
0.25 tsp
white vinegar
1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce
0.5 tsp
salt
1 pinch
black pepper
1 pinch
Wrap Assembly
tortilla wraps
2 piece
lettuce (fresh)

Instructions
Mix coating
Mix flour, cornflour and all spices in a bowl.
Prepare egg wash
Crack the egg into a separate bowl and beat it.
Prepare chicken
Slice chicken breast into strips.
Coat chicken
Coat chicken strips in flour-spice mix, then egg, then flour-spice mix again.
Air fry chicken
Air fry coated chicken at 180°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
Make sauce
Mix all sauce ingredients together and refrigerate.
Chop lettuce
Chop the lettuce into bite-size pieces.
Assemble wrap
Build the wrap with sauce, lettuce, chicken and more sauce.
Wrap and serve
Wrap it up and enjoy.
