Air Fryer Single Serve Cookie Tin
Ingredients
Main Ingredients
Melted butter (melted)
20 ml
Castor or powdered sugar (powdered)
25 g
Milk
16 ml
All purpose flour
45 g
Baking powder
0.25 tsp
Baking soda
0.1 tsp
Dark chocolate chunks (chopped)

Instructions
Mix wet ingredients
In a bowl, combine melted butter and powdered sugar.
Add milk
Mix well, then add milk and stir to combine.
Add dry ingredients
Add flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix to form a dough.
Divide dough
Divide dough into 5 equal parts.
Stuff with chocolate
Stuff each dough ball with chocolate chunks. If using Amul dark chocolate, use 2-3 pieces per ball.
Prepare katori
Place dough balls in steel katori and top with more chocolate chunks.
Chill dough
Place katori in freezer while preheating air fryer.
Preheat air fryer
Preheat air fryer at 160°C for 5-6 minutes.
Bake cookies
Bake at 160°C for 15-20 minutes until golden.
