Easy Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions
Prepare the dough
Activate yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar, then mix in flour, remaining sugar, melted butter, egg and salt to form a soft dough.
Knead and rest
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic, then place in a bowl, cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Roll out and fill
Roll the dough into a 40x30 cm rectangle, spread with softened butter, then sprinkle evenly with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Shape the rolls
Roll the rectangle tightly from the long side, slice into 12 equal pieces and place in a greased baking dish.
Second rise and bake
Cover and let rolls rise 20 minutes, then bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Make the glaze
Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Glaze and serve
Spread the warm rolls generously with cream cheese glaze and serve immediately.
