Honey Chipotle Chicken Wrap

Chipotle Crema Sauce
Sour cream

Instructions
Prepare chipotle honey sauce
In a blender or food processor, combine 2 chipotle peppers, honey, minced garlic from 2 cloves, juice from half lime, and 1 tbsp adobo sauce. Blend until smooth.
Marinate and cook chicken
Cut chicken breast into strips. Toss with half of the chipotle honey sauce. Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5-6 minutes per side until caramelized and cooked through (internal temp 75°C).
Make chipotle crema
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, 1 chipotle pepper, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend or whisk until smooth. Adjust spice level to taste.
Prepare vegetables
Thinly slice bell pepper, red onion, and chop lettuce. Toss sliced vegetables with remaining chipotle honey sauce.
Assemble wraps
Warm tortillas. Layer with lettuce, saucy vegetables, chicken slices, and dollop of chipotle crema. Roll tightly and slice in half.
