Microwave Cinnamon Roll

granulated sugar

milk

Filling
butter

granulated sugar

ground cinnamon
0.5 tsp
Icing
powdered sugar
15 g
milk
5 ml
Instructions
Prepare dough
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, milk and butter in a bowl to form a soft dough.
Roll out dough
Roll dough into a small rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
Make filling
Mix softened butter with sugar and cinnamon.
Spread filling
Spread the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the dough rectangle.
Roll up
Roll the dough tightly into a spiral.
Microwave
Place the roll in a microwave-safe bowl or mug and microwave on high for 60–90 seconds until cooked through.
Make icing
Mix powdered sugar with milk to form a smooth icing.
Glaze
Drizzle the icing over the warm cinnamon roll before serving.
