Chocolate Zucchini Muffins

Instructions
Prepare zucchini and dry ingredients
Grate the zucchini and mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix wet ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, sugars, oil, vanilla, and milk.
Combine wet and dry mixtures
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips and grated zucchini.
Bake the muffins
Divide the batter evenly among 12 lined muffin cups. Bake at 175°C for 18-22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool the muffins
Allow muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
