Instructions
Cook the Shrimp
Sauté shrimp in butter with garlic until pink and juicy.
Make the Cheese Filling
Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Monterey Jack, Parmesan, parsley, Old Bay, paprika, salt, and pepper for the ultimate cheesy filling.
Fill & Roll
Layer shrimp and cheese mixture onto tortillas, roll tightly, and place seam-side down.
Bake Until Golden
Brush with olive oil, sprinkle extra cheese on top, and bake at 190°C for 15–18 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Serve Hot
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
