Chocolate Basbousa

Instructions
Mix wet ingredients
Whisk together the egg, sugar, vanilla, and oil until smooth.
Add cream and cocoa
Add the cream, powdered milk, and cocoa powder, then mix well.
Add semolina and baking powder
Stir in the semolina and baking powder until fully combined.
Bake the cake
Pour the batter into a greased pan (30x23 cm or 22 cm) and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Add condensed milk
Once baked, drizzle the top with sweetened condensed milk for extra moisture and sweetness.
Decorate and serve
Decorate with grated chocolate and slice into beautiful pieces.
