Prepare lemon
Wash the lemon thoroughly and slice it into thin rounds or wedges.

Blend the base
Add frozen dragon fruit, sugar, pineapple juice, and half the water to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Strain and dilute
Strain the blended mixture into a pitcher to remove any seeds or pulp. Add the remaining water and stir well.

Add lemon slices to the pitcher or individual glasses. Pour the lemonade over ice and serve immediately.
