Instructions
Prepare chicken marinade
Mix buttermilk with spices, egg, vinegar, and hot sauce to create a flavorful marinade for the chicken.
Prepare coating mixture
Combine flour, cornstarch, and spices to create a crispy coating for the chicken.
Coat the chicken
Remove chicken from marinade and coat thoroughly in the flour mixture, pressing to ensure good coverage.
Fry the chicken
Heat oil to 175°C and fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
Make hot honey glaze
Melt butter with honey, hot sauce, and spices to create a sweet and spicy glaze.
Prepare mayo sauce
Mix mayonnaise with garlic powder, black pepper, chopped parsley, and lemon juice for a creamy sauce.
Assemble the burger
Brush hot honey glaze over fried chicken, spread mayo sauce on buns, and assemble with toppings of choice.
