Instructions
Heat the base
Warm olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Arrange the layers
Place pasta in the center of the pan. Surround with onion, mushrooms, seasoned shrimp, and garlic.
Build the flavor
Sprinkle in Italian seasoning, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Simmer the pasta
Add butter, then pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Cover and bring to a gentle boil. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Flip shrimp halfway through, then cover again for 5 minutes. Remove shrimp to avoid overcooking, and stir pasta gently.
Make it creamy
Stir in Parmesan until the sauce is smooth and glossy. Continue cooking 3–5 minutes, until pasta is al dente. Add spinach and stir until just wilted. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot
Finish with extra Parmesan, chili flakes, and fresh parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy!
