Prepare vegetables and paneer

Cube the paneer, bell pepper, and onions. Mince the garlic and ginger.

Make the tomato-based sauce

Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic, ginger, and onions until golden. Add tomato puree and spices.

Cook the paneer and vegetables

Add paneer cubes and bell pepper to the sauce. Simmer with cream until everything is tender.
