Air Fryer Scoopable Chocolate Chip Cookies
Gooey chocolate chip cookies made in the air fryer
Warm, gooey chocolate chip cookies with a molten chocolate center, best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Instructions
Cream butter and sugars
Add cold cubed butter, brown sugar and caster sugar to a bowl and mix gently until creamy.
Add egg and vanilla
Add the egg and vanilla essence, then whisk until well combined.
Incorporate dry ingredients
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Fold gently until just combined.
Add chocolate chunks
Fold in the chopped couverture chocolate chunks.
Shape cookie dough balls
Scoop out portions, flatten in palm, place milk chocolate in center, seal and roll into balls.
Prepare for air frying
Place dough balls in a ceramic dish suitable for air fryer. Optional: chill dough balls briefly.
Air fry cookies
Air fry at 160°C for 10–12 minutes until done to preference.
Serve warm
Let cookies cool slightly, then top each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
