No-Bake Chocolate Mousse Cake
Ingredients
Crust
chocolate graham crackers (crushed)
200 g
butter (melted)

dark chocolate (chopped)
300 g
heavy cream (cold)

Instructions
Prepare crust base
Crush the chocolate graham crackers and mix with melted butter until evenly combined.
Press crust into pan
Press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to create an even base layer.
Melt chocolate for mousse
Melt the dark chocolate gently over a bain-marie or in the microwave until smooth.
Whip cream
Whip the cold heavy cream to stiff peaks.
Combine chocolate and cream
Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream in batches until fully incorporated and smooth.
Assemble and chill
Pour the chocolate mousse over the crust, smooth the top, and refrigerate until set.
