Instructions
Prepare the marinade
Combine chicken pieces with all spices, yogurt, and aromatics in a large bowl.
Marinate the chicken
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to develop.
Prepare skewers
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving small gaps between pieces.
Air fry the chicken
Place skewers in the air fryer basket and cook at 180°C for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
Serve the chicken tikka
Remove from air fryer and serve immediately with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
