Strawberry Chocolate Popsicles
Creamy strawberry chocolate popsicles with two distinct layers - sweet berry fruit on top and rich chocolate underneath.

Strawberry Layer
strawberries (fresh, frozen)
300 g
sugar
50 g
Chocolate Layer
milk
200 ml
cocoa powder
30 g
sugar
40 g
Instructions
Prepare strawberries
Wash and prepare the strawberries for the fruit layer.
Blend strawberry mixture
Blend strawberries with sugar until smooth.
Fill molds with strawberry mixture
Pour the strawberry mixture into popsicle molds, filling about halfway.
Freeze strawberry layer
Place molds in freezer for 2 hours to set the strawberry layer.
Prepare chocolate mixture
Mix milk, cocoa powder and sugar until well combined.
Add chocolate layer
Pour chocolate mixture over the frozen strawberry layer.
Final freeze
Return to freezer for another 2 hours until completely frozen.
