Marry Me Chicken Garlic Bread

Garlic Butter
garlic bulb

soften butter (softened)

Assembly

Instructions
Prepare garlic butter
Fry garlic in oil until golden brown, mash and mix with softened butter and chopped coriander.
Marinate the chicken
Slice chicken breasts lengthwise for even thickness and marinate with spices.
Cook the chicken
Cook marinated chicken in a pan until tender, then cut into small pieces.
Make the Marry Me sauce
In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic, add cream, spices, cheese, and adjust consistency with milk.
Assemble the garlic bread
Cut ladi pav in half, spread garlic butter, add sauce, mozzarella cheese and top with more sauce.
Bake the garlic bread
Bake assembled garlic bread at 180°C for 8–10 minutes until cheese melts and bread is golden.

Best eaten fresh. Reheat to restore crispiness of bread and melt cheese again.
