Crispy Beef Tacos

Cilantro Lime Sauce

mayonnaise

Instructions
Prepare cilantro lime sauce
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, chopped cilantro, minced garlic and salt in a bowl until smooth.
Sauté aromatics
Heat olive oil in a pan, add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until soft and fragrant.
Cook the beef
Add ground beef to the pan and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and cooked through.
Season and simmer
Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
Assemble and serve
Spoon beef mixture into crispy taco shells, top with shredded cheddar and drizzle with cilantro lime sauce.

Storage
Store beef filling and sauce separately. Re-crisp taco shells in oven at 180°C for 3 minutes before serving.
