Mix the dough
Combine self-raising flour and Greek yoghurt in a bowl and mix until a dough forms.

Divide the dough
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each into a ball.

Flatten each dough ball into a circle, add pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni, then fold and seal the edges to form buns.

Sprinkle each bun with garlic powder, oregano and a pinch of salt.
