Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 170°C/ Gas Mark 3½/ 150°C (fan).
Step 2
Line a 7" cake tin with baking paper.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs in a large bowl until thick and creamy
Step 4
Fold the egg mixture into the Nutella ½ at a time.
Step 5
Pour the mix into your cake tin.
Step 6
Bake for 20-25 minutes and allow it to cool fully.
Step 7
Remove the cake from the cake tin and dust it with icing sugar.
Storage
Wrap tightly to prevent drying out.

• Works best with a good quality chocolate hazelnut spread.
