Tuna Sauce

canned tuna in chilli oil

brown onion

garlic

chilli flakes

Cook the pasta

Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente according to package instructions.

Prepare the sauce base

Sauté onion, garlic and chilli flakes in a hot pan until fragrant and onion softens.

Add tuna and tomatoes

Add the tuna, cherry tomatoes and passata. Cook and stir for 5 minutes to combine flavors.

Combine pasta and sauce

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot, topped with grated parmesan cheese.
