Korean Butter Buldak Ramen with Buldak Sauce

Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Slice chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, mince garlic, and chop onion and green onions.
Cook chicken
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
Make buldak sauce
Add garlic, onion, gochugaru, soy sauce, and honey to the pan. Stir to combine and cook for 1 minute.
Add broth and noodles
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Finish with cheese and butter
Add butter and mozzarella cheese. Stir until melted and creamy. Garnish with green onions.
