Cut the Maultaschen into bite-sized pieces.

Place Maultaschen pieces in the air fryer and cook at 180°C for 12 minutes.

Add bacon to the air fryer with Maultaschen and cook for another 5 minutes until crispy.

Meanwhile, in a bowl whisk together olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sweet mustard, chopped dill, chives, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
