Instructions
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 190°C and grease or line your baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until evenly combined.
Prepare wet ingredients
Warm milk slightly, then mix in vanilla and melted butter until combined.
Form the dough
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms. Stop as soon as it comes together - don't overmix.
Shape and cut
Lightly flour your surface, roll dough into a log, flatten slightly, and cut into 20 even bite-sized pieces.
Coat the bites
Toss each piece in melted butter, then coat fully in cinnamon sugar mixture.
Arrange in pan
Place coated bites in pan in a single layer with a little space between each - no stacking.
Bake
Bake for 9 to 10 minutes until lightly golden. Don't overbake.
Prepare glaze
While baking, mix powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla, and vanilla bean until smooth. Adjust thickness if needed.
Glaze and serve
Let bites cool 1 to 2 minutes, drizzle glaze over the top while warm, and enjoy.

Notes
• Mix just until the dough comes together - overmixing makes them dense
