Creamy Steak Alfredo Pasta
One-pan creamy steak pasta

Instructions
Prepare the steak
Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
Sear the steak
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and sear the steak cubes until browned on all sides.
Sauté garlic
Remove steak from pan, add butter and garlic to the same pan and sauté until fragrant.
Cook the pasta
Add pasta directly to the pan with cream and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook until pasta is al dente.
Finish the sauce
Reduce heat, stir in parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Return steak to the pan and toss everything together.
Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately while hot.
