Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce
low fat milk (low_fat)

parmesan cheese (freshly_grated)

Instructions
Season the beef
Season the diced beef with garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, and salt.
Cook the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook the protein penne pasta according to package directions until al dente.
Sear the beef
Heat light butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add seasoned beef and sear until browned on all sides.
Add garlic
Add diced garlic cloves to the pan with beef and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Create the creamy sauce
Add beef stock, light cream cheese, smoked paprika, and chicken stock powder to the pan. Stir until cream cheese melts and sauce is smooth.
Prepare the parmesan sauce
In a blender, combine low fat milk, freshly grated parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
Combine sauces
Pour the blended parmesan sauce into the pan with the beef mixture. Stir to combine and heat through.
Combine pasta and sauce
Add drained pasta to the pan with the creamy garlic beef sauce. Toss to coat evenly and garnish with parsley flakes.
