Creamy Shrimp Penne
One-pot creamy shrimp pasta
A rich and creamy one-pan shrimp pasta with cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, and a hint of smoked paprika.

penne pasta (dry)

chicken broth

heavy cream
250 ml
cream cheese (softened)

parmesan cheese (grated)
3 tbsp
fresh parsley (chopped)

black pepper

Instructions
Sauté aromatics
Melt butter in a large pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Cook shrimp
Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink and opaque.
Add tomatoes and spices
Add cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, dried parsley, smoked paprika, and chili flakes. Cook for 2 minutes.
Cook pasta
Add penne, chicken broth, and water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is al dente.
Finish with cream
Stir in heavy cream, cream cheese, and parmesan until sauce is creamy and smooth.
Garnish and serve
Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
