Instructions

Sauté aromatics

Melt butter in a large pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Cook shrimp

Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink and opaque.

Add tomatoes and spices

Add cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, dried parsley, smoked paprika, and chili flakes. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add penne, chicken broth, and water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is al dente.
