Instructions
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
Cream butter and sugars
In another bowl, beat softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add wet ingredients
Add the egg, cream, vanilla extract and red food coloring. Mix until smooth.
Combine wet and dry
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
Add chocolate chips
Fold in the white chocolate chips. Reserve some for topping.
Shape cookies
Scoop dough into balls, flatten slightly and top with extra chips.
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes.
