Instructions
Mix the filling
Combine ground meat with aromatics and sauces in a bowl.
Prepare steamer setup
Set up steamer over gently boiling water. Use a heat-safe rack if no steamer basket. Ensure baking dish fits and lid closes completely.
Layer first wrappers
Briefly dip each wrapper in water 1–2 seconds, then arrange overlapping layer covering the bottom of the dish. Use about 6 wrappers per layer.
Add meat layer
Spread a thin layer of meat mixture evenly over the wrappers.
Repeat layers
Continue layering wrappers and meat until 4 layers are complete or dish is full. Finish with a final layer of wrappers.
Add stock
Pour chicken stock evenly over the final layer of wrappers.
Steam the lasagna
Place dish in steamer, cover, and steam 20–22 minutes keeping water at gentle boil until meat is cooked through and top is glossy.
Garnish and serve
Drizzle with soy sauce, add chili crunch, sliced green onions, and sesame seeds. Slice like lasagna and serve.
