Instructions
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare garlic butter
Melt the butter and mix with minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
Make crust mixture
Combine panko breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, and chopped parsley in a bowl.
Coat the fish
Brush each halibut fillet with the garlic butter, then press into the breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.
Bake the halibut
Place the crusted fillets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and flaky.
Serve
Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and serve immediately with your favorite side.
